"I have tried many slings and carriers (including the most "popular" brands) and have finally found one that I can wear for extended periods of time in the ERGO carrier. My shoulders do not hurt any more! I can even pack around my 30 lb 3 year old, and she loves it. Our son was sitting up by the time I bought this, so I haven't tried it with the infant insert, but am anxious to see how it works."
